2017 Annual Meeting Scheduled for July 20

The 52nd Annual MKC Stockholders' Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, July 20 and will be held at the Tony's Pizza Events Center (formerly the Bicentennial Center) in Salina. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. with a dinner followed by the business meeting. The purpose of the annual meeting will include reports of management and officers, presentation of the audit report, the election of directors, and such other old and new business as may properly come before the meeting.

This year’s meeting will feature keynote speaker John Phipps. Phipps, a farmer and commentator on the U.S. Farm Report, America's longest-running farm television program, holds a degree in chemical engineering and a minor in economics. He and family members farm 2,100 acres near Chrisman, Illinois. As agriculture faces unprecedented challenges in 2017, economic research has developed some tools that can help producers cope. Phipps will share a range of helpful ideas to make 2017 a year we are prepared to manage.
Reservations for the meeting are requested. To register, please visit by July 13.

We look forward to seeing you at the 2017 Annual Meeting!
