    Fred Seiler, Seed Sales Manager, joined MKC in 2004 as a Field Marketer and transitioned to Seed Sales Manager in September, 2006. He is a graduate of Kansas State University with a B.S. in Agronomy. Fred's industry experience includes 7 years as a crop consultant for Servi-Tech Inc. and 15 years as an operations manager for G&C Farms of Inman, KS.

    Fred is a member of Kansas Agricultural Research Association. He is CCA certified and is also a Certified Professional Agronomist. Industry honors include 2006 Kansas CCA of the Year and Croplan Genetics Eagle Squadron member. (The Eagle Squadron represents the top 10% of over 3500 seed salespeople nationally in the cooperative system.)

    Fred and his wife, Janet, have two children and reside in rural Inman.

    Dusty Krehbiel joined MKC in 2002.  He took on the responsibilities of Field Marketer in 2005 and was later promoted to Seed and Trait Specialist in December, 2008 serving growers in the southwest region. Dusty was raised in rural Moundridge where his family continues to farm today. He earned his Bachelors of Science Degree from Kansas State University with a major in Agronomy and a minor in Agricultural Technology Management.

    Dusty is a member of the Harvey County Experiment Field Advisory Committee. He is CCA certified and also certified as a Commercial Pesticide Applicator 1A. He was honored in January, 2009 as a member of Croplan Genetics Eagle Squadron. (The Eagle Squadron represents the top 10% of over 3500 seed salespeople nationally in the cooperative system.)

    Kent Nichols  joined MKC in September, 2005 as a Field Marketer and was promoted to Seed and Trait Specialist in December, 2008 serving growers in MKC's eastern region. He grew up in Eureka, KS where his family has a cow/calf and farm operation. Kent graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Agricultural Economics.

    He is CCA certified and is also certified as a commercial applicator.  Croplan Genetics recognized Kent in January, 2008 as a member of the Eagle and Elite Squadron and as a member of the Eagle Squadron in January, 2009..  (The Eagle/Elite Squadron represents the top 10% of over 3000 seed salespeople nationally in the cooperative system.

    He and his wife, Emily, reside in Hesston.
