Kent Nichols joined MKC in August, 2005 as a field marketer and was promoted to Seed and Trait Specialist in December, 2008 serving growers in MKC’s eastern region. He is originally from Eureka, KS where his family owns a cow/calf and farm operation. Kent graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in ag economics.

He is CCA certified. Croplan Genetics recognized Kent in 2008 as a member of their Eagle and Elite Squadron and as a member of their Eagle Squadron in 2009. (The Eagle/Elite Squadron represents the top 10% of seed salespeople nationally in the cooperative system.)

Kent lives in Hesston, KS with his wife Emily.
Fred Seiler

Fred Seiler joined MKC in 2004 as a field marketer. He currently serves as Seed Manager and as a Seed and Trait Specialist for MKC’s northwest territory. He graduated from Kansas State University with a bachelors of science degree in agronomy. Fred is a Certified Professional Agronomist, Certified Crop Advisor, and a board member on Equus Beds Ground Water Management District #2. Industry honors include 2006 Kansas CCA of the Year and Croplan Genetics Eagle Squadron member. (The Eagle Squadron represents the top 10% of seed salespeople nationwide in the cooperative system.)

Fred and his wife, Jan, have two children and reside in rural Inman, KS.
Willie Swartz

Willie Swartz joined MKC in June, 2007 as a Field Marketer. In 2010 Willie was promoted to Seed and Trait Specialist serving customers in MKC’s southern territory. A native of south central Kansas, he earned a bachelors degree in ag business from Kansas State University. Since joining MKC, Willie has participated in Land O’ Lakes Leadership 101 and CHS’ New Leader Institute.

Willie resides in Wichita, KS with his wife, Carrie, and son, Carson.
